Like a lot of people, we are ready for 2022. So ready. But before we dive into the new year, we want to reflect on the tremendous care provided by our Care Pros in 2021. Their compassion and work ethic constantly raises the bar for home care providers everywhere. We’re grateful for the professionalism and compassion these amazing human beings show to their clients and co-workers. Each one of them deserves our attention, our praise, and our respect. December’s Outstanding Care Pros were selected by their Client Managers and Care Pro Relationship Managers. While managers consider nominees, they look at each Care Pro’s record of dependability, consistency, and positive visit reports, as well as stories of Care Pros going above and beyond our already high standards. More than one client has chosen to continue to receive services with Honor because of Fatima. She is very nurturing to her clients and will treat them as if they're her own family. This Care Pro has received great feedback from her clients. She is very reliable and always shows up for her visits on time. Consistency is so very important for the client she is currently working with and she has been able to provide this. Her client's family member recently shared that she has seen such a positive change in her mother’s demeanor and well-being since this Care Pro has been working with her. She really appreciates how patient this Care Pro is, how she does brain games and activities with her mother, and how she’s been creative in suggesting additional activities that may be stimulating for her mother. For example, over Halloween, this Care Pro suggested that instead of carving pumpkins, she and the client could paint pumpkins. Once the client started painting, she found a lot of joy in the activity. The family was so happy because they would not have thought of this.
