These new hires will drive continued growth and strengthen Honor’s business development and user experiences.

"We're thrilled to welcome Linn, Stefan, Mark and Tejas to our executive leadership team. Each are experts in their fields and will strengthen our company to achieve our mission of revolutionizing how society cares for older adults, their families, and Care Professionals," said Ian Clarkson, President of Honor. "As we refine our tech solutions and increase their adoption across our Home Instead franchise network, their leadership will be key in enhancing the user experience for our clients, Care Professionals, and home care network.”

Free, Honor’s new SVP of Operations for the Home Instead network, will lead the network performance and franchise development teams to drive all aspects of the franchise management strategy, processes, and business development while cultivating strong franchise relationships and elevating quality of care across the franchise network. Free has spent the last 11 years with Yum! Brands, most recently as Global Director of Operations for KFC Global, where he supported the global operations team, implementing operations and technology strategies to drive the brand's growth across 25,000 restaurants. Prior to that, Free served in a variety of operations leadership roles at HoneyBaked Ham.

As Honor’s new SVP of Growth Technology, Haney’s focus will be developing systems for network growth and performance, starting with establishing processes and solutions to aggregate and analyze data to produce business metrics, workflow automation, and AI driven growth insights. In his 15+ years at Amazon, Haney built systems for sellers to grow their Amazon businesses and innovative shopping features for customers worldwide. In his most recent role leading Vantage International, Haney drove projects for companies including eMAG.ro, Lightcast.io, Foundry Brands, several SaaS startups, and multiple ecommerce account management agencies.

Privett, Honor’s new VP of Design, will help modernize all of the company’s digital experiences, initially focusing on the Home Instead web infrastructure and other digital assets. He brings over 20 years of digital design leadership to the company, having worked at companies such as Amazon, Marriott International, Cvent, Redfin and most recently at Nerdy.

As the company’s VP of Platform Sales, Saraiya will spearhead the critical sales efforts that support Honor Care Platform growth. He has over 15 years of experience at companies such as SimplyHired, UiPath, PayPal, and Google developing and executing innovative GTM (go-to-market) strategies, building win-win customer and partner relationships, and delivering business outcomes for organizations of all sizes through people-centered leadership.
